At the Church of St. James in Ljubljana, we will host the J.Pzn Sweelinck University Orchestra from Amsterdam, the oldest student symphony orchestra in Amsterdam (founded in 1878), comprising around 80 young musicians – students from Dutch universities, conservatories, and higher education institutions.

Concert on the 25th anniversary of the Society of Friends of the Way of St. James in Slovenia
In September and October, the renowned Argentine bass-baritone Luka Debevec Mayer will be on a concert tour across Slovenia.
On Sunday, October 28, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., he will perform at St. James’s Parish Church in Ljubljana.
This year’s concert program is dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
The performance will be accompanied by Uroš Urbanija on the organ and Claudia Czihak on the harp.
